Your Consultation

At your Venue styling consultation we will discuss all things surrounding your wedding or event. We will look at colour palettes, talk about what you like and what you dont like. Feel free to bring along any colour swatches you have or even any information about any services you've already booked.

There maybe elements of your personality or culture that you want to incorporate and we can absolutely look at the best ways we can achieve your desired end result.

Whether you have a clear vision or not a clue where to start, we will be sure to spend the time needed to gather all the information we need to create an amazing plan!

After your appointment

We will get straight to work on putting together a design proposal, complete with mood boards and all the ideas discussed. It will include details from the very small right up to the areas that make a massive impact to create an  experience your guests will remember. 

We can make any adjustments needed, and then with your go ahead, you’ll receive a booking form along with our T&C’s.

Following up

We love to keep in contact with our clients, so please dont hesitate if theres  anything  you need, or have any questions for us.

Roughly 6 weeks before the big day, we will contact you for final guest  numbers.  We will also be in touch with your venue to confirm times of arrival etc. You can be rest assured that behind the  scenes, everything is being  taken care of.

The big day

Time  to  get  this  show on  the  road!  We  will  arrive  at  your  venue , at the  pre-agreed  time, ready  to  unload  and  set  up  for what  will  be  the  most  amazing  day!

You  can  have  peace  of  mind  that  we  will  take  care  of  everything  ensuring  the  plan  of  action  is  executed  smoothly  and  there  will  be  nothing  for  you  to  worry  about.  

Once  set  up,  we will  leave you  to  enjoy  your  event  but not  before  communicating  any  special  instructions  to  the co-ordinator  if  necessary. Every  client  is  special  to  us so  please  feel free  to  share  photos  of  the  day  with  us.

Collection

The  next  day, we  will  return  to  collect  the  items , leaving  you  with  one  less  thing  to  worry  about.
