Words really can't explain how fantastic the service from Kayleigh was throughout the process in both the preparations for, and the day of, our wedding. Kayleigh has an amazing ability to make you feel like the only couple she is working for through the whole experience. She is fantastic at listening to the "vision", sharing ideas and advice, and executing to perfection. Her responsiveness, above all else, was so helpful and reassuring when handling lots of suppliers - it really does make the difference. My only regret is that I don't have another event to use her for! If i could give 6 stars I would.

Kayleigh  from The Pretty Events Co., did such a stunning job at our wedding. We are very lucky to have discovered Kayleigh, who was recommended by our florist, Sue Hanson. Kayleigh is professional, delivers high quality design and decoration with the utmost perfection. We met up with Kayleigh at the Kent Wedding Centre, and she decorated a Wedding Breakfast table to give us some ideas and gave us the opportunity to brain storm together with multiple design options. The session was so helpful for us and we got an idea of Kayleigh's creative flair. The communication with Kayleigh had also been very smooth and she had been accommodative of us with last minute requests we had. We had multiple meetings with Kayleigh and she was always responsive and patient. She paid extra attention in getting to know us as a couple, our choices, and this was reflected in her work.

The wedding décor by Kayleigh looked nothing less than perfection. The place looked so classy, super gorgeous and really magical. Kayleigh put in so much love and care into this entire work.

Kayleigh, we wholeheartedly thank you for your support and hard work in making our wedding a success and create a magical environment for us with your beautiful work.

Kayleigh is just wonderful. It was a pleasure to work with her on our wedding journey. She is warm, friendly and really helpful. The customer service is excellent. I really recommend visiting her showroom as the face to face experience is lovely and really assists in creating a vision.

We really wanted a starlit canopy at our venue but the type we wanted hadn’t been installed there before so this was a mammoth task for Kayleigh and her team. They worked so hard to make it happen and I know a huge amount of work went on behind the scenes. She really went above and beyond to make our vision come to life and remained conscious of our budget throughout.

We had our wedding on 03-08-23 and we booked with Kayleigh back in 2021. Throughout the whole process, she has been incredible and helped reassure me by letting me come in numerous times to talk, gone through mock ups with me, even gone to the venue in her own time to check things over and ensure everything will run smoothly, I honestly could not fault her. She has been amazing. The main room was just exactly how I imagined and more! And everyone commented on how beautiful and elegant it looked which is exactly the vibe I was going for. Well what can we say? Kayleigh at Pretty Events was AMAZING! We can't thank her enough for the effort she put in to making the décor at our wedding at Hall Place just perfect.
From the moment we met Kayleigh at her showroom we knew we had met someone who understood us and knew the look we were aiming for and she so delivered on everything.
The chair coverings, lanterns and flowers in the room where we got married looked just as we imagined/hoped it would look and the main hall for our reception was just WOW, so much so that it actually left us speechless (which is a miracle in itself as Kayleigh will confirm as we do like to talk!).
Nothing was ever too much trouble for Kayleigh and for that we will always be so grateful as our day was just perfect.
If we ever need any décor for a party or future event then we will definitely be calling on Kayleigh as it will be like getting in touch with a friend.
